The film revolves around the central theme EMI "Liya Hai To Chukana Padega" (If you borrow, you must return), and the merit of the film is towards the originality of thought on a topic relevant to life, get the goodies on the loans - personal, home or credit cards. The debutant Saurabh Kabra director has made a point with four main story.
The film begins with EMI the first character Ryan (Arjun Rampal) DJ Self, who lives the life and striveskingsize and is an ordinary debtor. It happened to Nancy (Malaika Arora Khan) take to the wheel and crashes head over heels in its beauty. The flamboyant Ryan wants to grow and improve in his life.His desire for a life all the more stronger. With him rise to his credit .....

Director Saurabh Kabra has kept film, a consistent pace throughout and was aptly supported by a cameraman Paramvir Singh. Khalid Azmi's dialogues fit the bill. Music is not that great, except for the title song sung by Sanjay Dutt.
Sanjay Dutt rules the castle with his performance and has to have soul of the character.Arjun Rampal is equally good. Ashish Choudhary is also worth a mention. Malaika Arora Khan sizzle in the dance numbers. Neha Uberoi is okay. Kulbhushan Kharbanda is the class act. Manoj Joshi, Snehal Dabhi DayaShankar Pandey and add the necessary masala.
EMI has a synergy with real life instances, it may seem, can make a difference on the evidence. But do not sell on the whole, the fragility of today's lifestyles based on EMI and to lend responsibly, when it will be necessary.
