"Run For Your Life" Movie Review

The movie "Run For Your Life" tells the story of Fred Lebow, the soul was one of the most influential people in racing on public roads and brought to the big city marathons. Fred founded the New York City Marathon in a time when the city really need something positive, and was a catalyst for the rebirth of New York.

He began his racing career in the fashion of cheap designer clothing. At the end of 1960 with rising crime in theBronx, has made it popular and racing in Central Park

He started the New York City Marathon, as a first course of the cycle in Central Park and then as a race in all five boroughs of New York City, and turned it into a big media event every year.

I really enjoyed Run For Your Life "movie that tells the story of Fred. The first 2 or 3 minutes is very slow and the music is going well in the face and forced, but once the story moves beyond genderand begins the life of Fred and his contribution to sport is very engaging focus. For the most part, when you get past the first few minutes of music is a good job, the atmosphere of a scene without attention.

The film has two things very well, and that photography was the use of video recordings of old.

It 'was very nice most of the actual movies to see how events took place, especially forfirst run the marathon for the city.

The use of photographs was also well done, often seem more videos, despite Stills. The photo was given a life of its own, as they were on the screen.

Throughout the movie, there were images of political cartoons of the day, the headlines and articles on the screen flashed a good sense of time and how the world was his race as a response to Fred and his.

Many of theThe interviews were filmed for this movie, but there were also interviews Fred from previous years and other prominent people who were the film equipment. I particularly liked some kind of live coverage of the race, including the division of Bill Stewart as a woman who had tried to describe the finish line and Fred make fun of Tom Brokaw for not finishing a marathon, while his.

If you travel screening at a theater near you recommend I findto rent or buy a copy or to see at home.
