Moving into a dream home in a quiet street in the Southern California-de-sac is a nightmare for a young couple in Lakeview Terrace, the explosive new film from award-winning director Neil LaBute. Old guard and new school clash in Lakeview Terrace, a button-pushing thriller starring Samuel L. Lakeview Terrace is rated PG-13 for intensethematic material, violence, sexuality, language and some drug references. The running time is 1 hour, 46 minutes.
Walnut, California, Lake View Terrace was filmed in large part is about 25 miles east of Los Angeles. The Cul-de-sac living on Turner and Mattson, contrasts with the hilly terrain and canyons of the area.
"One of the things I wanted to do in this script, the story was in the context of how we live together here in Southern California," saysLoughery. "We think we are safe and secure, but nature has its own ideas.
