They regretted away and not get each other's contact information. While crossing the young man is a busy crossroads on the way to work, he turns in thinking about Susan andkilled when he is hit by two cars. This part of the film is very well made and will certainly surprise the viewer through.

The dinner is still in its infancy when Bill hears the voice again and said that he is at theBill's front door and wants to be servant to be, the man behind the voice can be in Bill's home and meets Bill in his library. This part of the film is full of tension and awkwardness, and the viewer recognizes that as powerful as Bill Parrish is in the real world, there is a final ruling power of his life.
Parrish speaks with the voice that stands behind a shelf in his large library, and the voice tells him to calm down and hear what he has to say. Finallythe voice is revealed as the young man that Susan fell out of the cafeteria, but with a different personality. It is not entirely clear, has taken over at this point, but "Death", the body of the young man from the cafeteria, in order to force Bill Parrish's life. Parrish is in fact from heart problems and to die in the near future, and "death" has taken the young man's body so he can learn about the life of a man who lives life to the fullest. "Death" wants aLeave of helping people to die and want to see how the life of one of the best living people.
Bill Parrish asks what they should be on "Death" to do in his life, and the young man says that he stay with Bill's home, during dinner with his family, and go with him to work every day. Basically, he wants to do everything that Bill has, so he can see how an extraordinary life. It is obvious that do not understand at the dinner, the young man, how people live, as it isoverwhelmed by the servant brought him food and makes the comments Parrish family to him. Bill has the young, nameless man presenting to his family, and comes with a name Joe Black, a fitting name for "death".
When Susan comes while eating, and recognizes that the young man from the coffee shop, returned to her life, she is blown away, and so is her boyfriend, Drew. Joe Black notes that she knew the young man from the cafeteria, which is now dead, and that he is not the samePerson was they had hoped. Drew is so suspicious of Bill Parrish and its dependence on Joe, he holds a secret meeting with the Board of Directors. Allison's husband, quince, which also shows on the board, that Bill has some of the lefthis decision to Joe, because there is so much in my head. Knowing that Bill is a stranger rental decisions for him, the board votes to give Bill an amazing amount of money to resign after his sixtieth birthday. Bill has no choice in the matter and left the meeting and totally desperate sad.
The story now focuses on Bill's lavish birthday party. All of his closest friends are there in their tuxedos and dresses and spirits are very high. Bill says that if Joe has a heart and is actually a decent person, Joe will go and show, Susan, who he really is and see what she thinks. Joe by Bill's office, where we assume Bill is finishing up his will and his will to go, and goJust for Susan. It is because of what Joe tells her, and Joe begins to see that he is selfish and Susan remain alive fear.
The final hours of Bill's life are sad, but well spent. He is forced to stage his own party, to give a speech and told his audience that he has a special memory with everyone there. The speech is short and very melancholy, as Bill too busy to be keeping a moving speech. After the speech, which he kisses and Susan Allison and returns to his homelandOffice. He asks his son-in-law, quince talk to Drew for a last minute invite. Drew flattered by the invitation, but when he comes into office, he sees Bill and Joe and I know that he used a bad situation. Drew wanted to break up Bill's company piece by piece and ruin his life's work to meet and the Board of Directors truly rich.Bill gives Drew the opportunity to resign, and never shows his face again, or to force the hiring lawyers and Drew, to go to jail. Drew decides wisely to withdraw and begin to wonder how Bill and Joe knew so much about his immoral plans.
The last part of the movie leads viewers through all the emotions. First, says Joe Drew, from the IRS and that he had a bad feeling that Drew was striking a bad deal. Through research, says Joe, that he found out Drew's plans, which areTherefore, Drew decided to withdraw and avoid prison. He realized that the battle of wit and intelligence between him and Joe was over, and Drew was hit hard by an IRS agent. With Bill's company and returned safely to its Board of Directors' hands, he feels safe enough to return to the party and say his final farewell.
Joe says goodbye to Susan and tells her that he would always love her. Susan and Joe both go away very emotional as Joe. Bill Allison kisses and then findsSusan and asks her to dance. She leaves to watch the fireworks show and come to Bill leaves his breath.
Bill Parrish climbs a grassy hill to a bridge and meet Joe and the process of dying in progress. Bill has leave of the two most important people in his life, Allisonand Susan, and can now die in peace. Bill tells Joe that he admired, like Susan a sort of love for Joe, that Bill had always dreamed of it showed. He saw that Susan was really in love and happy and the Bill was happy. Joe tells Bill that he admired Bill as a person and is grateful for his time on earth. Go loosely over the hill into the darkness, where Bill dies, but not Joe. Susan sees the two most important men in her life to walk over the hill and starts up the hill. She sees Joecome back to the hill and walk up to her. Susan is not sure what's going on, but when Joe comes closer, they see that the young man from the cafe is back. Joe landed on Bill's life, but he also gave back to life to the young man's body, which he took in the beginning of the film. To show that it is reasonable and actually has a good heart, Joe feels that Susan makes you happy for the rest of her life would be a fair trade off for having his life's Bill. The film ends withSusan and the man in the coffee business go hand in hand for the fireworks, the bursting of Parrish are dramatic discount.
The plot of this film is incredibly thorough and interesting. The idea that "Death" arrives on the earth, life is unique in a young man's body experience. Martin Brest has a fantastic job management of these high-budget film with its star cast. The film will make you cry laughing is innocent antics with Joe, at the end whenEveryone needs to leave Bill after his death heads, and even with Drew became angry for trying to destroy Bill's billion-dollar company. This step is a must-see, and because of the complexity of history and the emotional action, there is a rated 5 of 5.
