Most of the films were released in 2010 for, but thought I'd take the time to claim Netflix Highlight 10 small beads, which are now seen, you can correct. Save money and find some great films, if you use my list to fill your queue.
10) Mysterious Skin - (Director Gregg Araki) and his best film of all time. My Favorite Mysterious Skin is about two boys who are linked by a terrible childhood trauma. A horse graphic, disturbing and yet full of beauty andI hope it is one of the best films of the decade. Joseph Gordon Leavitt (not that kid from 3rd Rock from the Sun) is truly amazing.
9) Dead Man's Shoes - Paddy Considine, Meadows is excellent in this brutal revenge drama directed by Shane. The film is about a brother looking for revenge after his mentally disabled brother of a few clubs in the UK Midlands dirt landscape is brutal. Some critics have called this a mistake art-house torture porn, butE 'light years better and more convincing than anything Eli Roth overrated ever find.
8) Frailty is a demonic horror gem, directed by Bill Paxton. A gruesome story of a seemingly affectionate father, he and his sons are in the hands of God believes. He looks for people believed demons and cuts them into pieces. End of period and acting, especially from the boys is crazy Frailty on religious devotion and transformed intoMadness. A must.
7) In Bruges - Bruges is the best writer of last year and some of the best actions Collin Farrell's career. Clever brutal and funny, but very violent, is the film by Guy Ritchie tried to stop, and a cut, he holds. One of the best films of last year.
6) Smiley Face - Gregg Araki, director last film is a hilarious comedy with the great Anna Faris Stoner. Silly movie charmwent straight to DVD, although it is much funnier than many comedies, the films in those days.
5) Rules of Attraction - A strong and entertaining look at some acute embarrassment nasty students with the permission of the author Bret Easton Ellis and writer / director Roger Avary. This is probably the best film adaptations of Ellis to present (with a great American Psycho Christian Bale is another must) and despite his characters lothsome, I loved every shocking andfunny moment of the film.
4) Sex Drive - The teen sex comedy is updated with entertaining results. Surprisingly, this was a dud at the box office, but it was just the funniest movie of last year. The cables are nice and funny, and James Marsden all but steals the entire movie as a character homophobic bullying older brother. Seth Green offers strong support as a sarcastic Amish and smarmy know it all. RUMPSRINGA!
3) Mirror Mask - Alice inWonderland meets the Wizard of Oz by Neil Gaiman. MirrorMask is an exciting and well acted film fantasy for young people and adults think. The worlds are created entirely original and stars Stephanie Leonidas wants an emo gothic punk, the existence and escape from the circus becomes more disturbing than they ever should be perfect.
2) Cash Back - visual impact and original comedy / drama of a young man who breaks up with his pretty girl and he learns, has theAbility to stop time. His insomnia creates an opportunity for him to be frozen in time random subjects, and could paint a scary movie in the wrong hands, ends up finding something sexy and worth. All the props go to director of manufacturing a low-budget look like something with a bigger budget.
1) This Is England - writer and director Shane Meadows returns with an autobiographical look into his childhood and his alliance with a gang of young hooligans skinheads.Well acted, at times difficult to watch and totally absorbing, this is England as Britain, but its themes of racial intolerance and hatred may take place anywhere in any country at any time. He called This is America. The film is brilliant, blistering stuff.
